There are many occasions that deserve to be celebrated and cherished. Today’s Memories helps coordinate just about any kind of event.
100 people minimum charge for each event.


Quinceaneras and Sweet 16 Parties: Coordinator, 5 hours for event, bartender, 1 hour rehearsal for choreographed dance, food, tables and chairs, table cloths, DJ, candy and cookie buffet, use of cake and cupcake stands, changing room for celebrant, set up and clean up, use of centerpieces and decorations.

Sorority and Fraternity Parties: Coordinator, 5 hours for event, bartender, food, tables and chairs, table cloths, DJ, use of cake and cupcake stands, set up and clean up, use of centerpieces and decorations.

Proms: Coordinator, 5 hours for event, bartender, food, tables and chairs, table cloths, DJ, use of cake and cupcake stands, set up and clean up, use of centerpieces and decorations.

Fundraisers: 5 hour party (only pay for the food cost)

School and Church Parties: (only pay for the food cost)

Bridal Showers and Baby Showers: Use of the decorated brides room, bring own food, decorations and do their own set up and clean up. Not available on Saturdays.

Christmas Parties: Starting the weekend after Thanksgiving. Coordinator, 5 hours for event, bartender, food, tables and chairs, table cloths, DJ, use of cake and cupcake stands, set up and clean up, use of centerpieces and decorations.

Company Meetings and Parties: Coordinator, 5 hours for event, bartender, food, tables and chairs, table cloths, DJ, use of cake and cupcake stands, set up and clean up, use of centerpieces and decorations.
