How much does a wedding cost?
Because every couple has different priorities and the cost of wedding services vary,
We offer guidelines to get you started as well as expert advice on stretching your wedding dollars.

Is there a limit to the amount of guests we can invite?
Today's Memories can accommodate a wedding from  4 or up to 400 guests.

What is provided for an outdoor wedding ceremony?
For your outdoor wedding ceremony we provide, white folding chairs, Gazebo and access to our climate controlled facility.

What if it rains and I cannot conduct my ceremony outside?
Plan B for rain is to pull your ceremony inside to our facility, at NO extra cost.

May I Conduct my ceremony indoors?
Absolutely, It is your wedding.  We have 4000 ft climate controlled meeting space.

Can we toss confetti or flower petals at my ceremony? (inside or out)
Anything used to toss must be biodegradable and environment friendly.     Bird seed, bubbles, flower petals, rice are all fine

What is your payment structure?
• 1. Event Deposit: $500.00 the  day of booking.
• 2. 90 Days Out: An additional 50% of is due.
• 3. 21 days prior to your wedding the balance will be due in full.

May we take advantage of the various photo opportunities on the grounds?
You are welcome to take pictures anywhere you like, anytime you like.

Does Today's Memories  offer wedding packages?
Yes! They are created to provide you the most cost effective and easiest planning options for a
Wedding Ceremony based on the amount of guests attending.

Is the use of the reception space and dance floor included?
Yes

What do your packages provide?
Venue, food (meal or finger foods)
beverages ( tea, punch, lemon aid, coffee, water) tables, chairs, center pieces
table cloths, Invitations, set up and clean up.

Do you provide the catering or can we bring someone in?
We have over 20 of years experience in catering.  Our catering service specializes in creativity, attention to detail and highly dedicated customer service.

Can I rent your venue for an event other than a wedding?
Absolutely Today’s Memories of Amarillo offers an all inclusive venue for weddings and receptions, banquets, proms, and celebrations as well as meetings and conferences.
